目的と対象分野

“International Journal for Fire Science and Technology”は、1981 年の創刊以来、東京理科大学火災科学研究所が独自に発行している“ 火災”分野を対象とした審査付き研究論文集です。これまで内外の火災科学に関する研究成果を世界の多くの研究機関、大学等に向けて配信してきました。2007年以降は、J-STAGEから電子ジャーナルとしても公開されています。電子ジャーナル公開以降、世界各国からのアクセス数も常に増加傾向にあり、認知度も増しております。
我々の様々な活動記録や研究成果はこのジャーナルを通じて配信し、本学を火災科学分野の研究教育に関する国際的な情報発信機関とする活動の軸としています。

目的と対象分野の画像

主な対象分野は以下の通りです。
燃焼工学(燃焼特性、不燃化)、火災物理・化学、伝熱工学、流体力学、火災制御(燃焼抑制、煙制御)、リスク工学、火災性状(火炎挙動、熱気流、区画火災)、消火、火災時の人間挙動、火災時の構造架構・部材の挙動、火災安全設計、都市火災等

AIMS AND SCOPE

International Journal for Fire Science and Technology is a global academic journal specializing in fire published by Center for Fire Safety and Technology, Tokyo University of Science since 1981. Through this journal, the center has distributed fire-associated information to research institutions and universities worldwide. The journal has been issued regularly since 2004 and became available online in 2007 via J-STAGE. The online journal has brought more visitors to the center’s website and gained recognition of the center. By reporting our activities and research outcomes thorough the journal, TUS seeks to function as the global center of fire science education and research.

Contributions will be welcome on combustion engineering (burning behavior, non-combustibility), fire physics and chemistry, heat transfer, fluid dynamics, fire control, smoke control, risk management, fire characteristics (flame behavior, fire plume, and compartment fire), fire suppression, human behavior in fire, fire resistance, behavior of structural frame and components in fire, fire safety design, and urban fire among others.
