Fire guts 10 houses to cinder in Saptari

SAPTARI: Ten houses were gutted after a fire broke out at Kajauli tole in Mahadeva VDC in Saptari district on Wednesday night.
Police said that 10 houses were destroyed in the fire that broke out from the house of local Dhurba Yadav at 9:00 pm yesterday.
Property worth Rs 1.2 million was gutted in the fire, according to the police.
Locals said that two houses of each Dhruba Yadav, Jogendra Yadav, Subilal Yadav, Bhola Yadav and Bechan Yadav were gutted including foodstuffs, clothing and furniture.
