Fire breaks out at Clementi flat

SINGAPORE: A fire occurred at a unit at Blk 427 Clementi Avenue 3 on Wednesday night.
Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) received a call about the fire at 9.23pm, and despatched a fire engine and two Red Rhino vehicles.
An ambulance and two support vehicles were also part of the team that responded.
The fire was contained in a bedroom, and SCDF took just one water jet to douse the flame.
A Chinese woman in her 40s suffered slight burn to her limbs.
SCDF is investigating the cause of the fire.
