The fire has caused huge damage to a shopkeeper.
THANE: A huge fire broke out on the ground floor-based shop of a building located in the Parnaka area of Bhiwandi town in Thane district of Maharashtra on Sunday morning.
A shop selling sarees and women’s clothes was gutted in the blaze.
No casualties were reported in the incident. The fire brigade officials suspect that the fire was caused due to a short circuit.
After the incident, the fire brigade team rushed to the spot and controlled the fire. The incident created panic among the building residents as they vacated the building for sometime due to safety reasons.
The fire has caused huge damage to a shopkeeper.
