Four people were trapped inside the flats, said police.
BENGALURU: At least two people died and four others were injured in a fire that broke out at a private apartment near Devarachikkanahalli in Karnataka capital Bengaluru.
DGP & DG Fire & Emergency Services Karnataka said the accident appears to have occurred due to domestic gas leakage
The incident was reported around 4.35pm and the fire tender reached the spot around 4.55pm.
The officer said that the search operations are underway and entire apartment complex has been evacuated.
