THANE: A fire broke out in the terrace flat of a ground plus four storeyed Umar Palace building in Kismat colony, Kausa, late Tuesday night, officials said.
No casualty or injury was reported and the spread of fire was controlled and doused within minutes after the civic rescue teams reached the spot.
Two domestic LPG cylinders and inflammable materials from the flat were also removed safely, informed civic officials.
The cause of blaze will be ascertained following a probe, said officials.
