Predawn fire hits 3-story building in Manila

A fire of undetermined origin razed a three-story building in Manila’s San Andres district before dawn Wednesday.
No one was initially reported injured in the fire at the corner of Diamante and Topacio Streets, radio dzBB’s Roland Bola reported.
The fire in the residential area reached the third alarm as of 3:40 a.m., the report added.
A portion of Topacio Street was not passable to traffic due to fire trucks in the area.
Arson investigators are still determining what caused the fire. — ELR, GMA News
