Mumbai: Second fire in 6 months at Notan Villa in Khar

A blaze damaged the fourth floor of Notan Villa on 6th Road in Khar (West) in Mumbai. Eight fire engines and ambulances were rushed to control blaze in 8-storey building. This is the second time fire broke out in this building within 6 months.
