Bhubaneswar: Fire breaks out near national highway in Pahal due to discarded engine oil

Fire broke out on the side of the Bhubaneswar-Cuttack national highway in Pahal. The fire broke in discarded engine oil that had leaked from an accident-hit truck. Fire Brigade had to be called in to douse the flames, even as one could see a thick plume of smoke emanate from the fire.
