Kolkata: A fire was reported from the third floor of a 10-floor building on Belvedere Road, Alipore, around 5.30pm on Friday. Police said a short circuit in the AC caused the fire. It was reportedly brought under control in the next 15 minutes. Police said no one was injured even as the extent of the loss was still being ascertained. TNN
