Fire breaks out at bank in Guntur

Vijayawada: A fire broke out in Union Bank office at Bradipet in Guntur late on Monday night. Two fire engines rushed to the spot and doused the fire. On receipt of the information, police reached the place and informed the firefighters who rushed to the spot and doused the fire. It is suspected that the fire broke out due to a short circuit in the batteries of the AC inverters at the backside of the bank. So far, there is no major property loss in the incident, police said. A case has been registered. TNN
