12 hutments gutted in fire

Pune: A total of 12 hutments were gutted in a fire at Vaiduwadi in Hadapsar around 3am on Sunday. No one was injured in the incident.
According to fire brigade officials, the exact cause of the fire is not known. The fire brigade received an emergency call at 2.55 am, following which five fire tenders rushed to the spot. The fire was brought under control within 20 minutes.
About 40 residents of the hutments moved out quickly after the fire broke out.
