NOIDA: Two persons were injured when a fire broke out because of a short circuit at a dry cleaning store in Noida’s Gijhore village on Thursday morning. Fire officers said the store owner and a worker were injured while trying to douse the flames before the firefighters arrived.
As per the fire department, they received information about the fire around 10.15am following which three fire tenders were rushed to the spot. “The fire was doused in 20-25 minutes. Later, we found that the store owner Ruda Prasad (45) and a worker Ramswaroop (44) were injured while trying to douse the flames before the team arrived,” said chief fire officer Pradeep Chaubey.
