Fire breaks out at Oshiwara furniture market in Mumbai

MUMBAI: A fire broke out at Oshiwara furniture market in a furniture godown at relief road in Mumbai’s Jogeshwari west area on Monday morning.
Fire brigade officials said that fire broke out around 11am. On receiving the information, fire brigade teams, ward-level officers and police teams went to the site.
Ten fire engines, six jumbo water tankers and an ambulance were also at the site.
Fire fighting operations are currently under way.
However, no injuries have been reported yet.
Fire officials said that fire has been confined to the furniture market.
