Patna: A fire broke out in the basement of an apartment located on Maurya path under Shastri Nagar police station on Wednesday evening. However, no casualty was reported in the fire.
“It was soon controlled after the fire brigade reached the spot. A short circuit was the reason behind this fire,” SHO Ram Shankar Singh
said.
This incident happened just two days after a fire broke out in a flat of an apartment in SK Puri police station area. “A diya lit during the prayer room had caused the fire inside the flat. The family members had locked the flat and gone out,” the SHO added.
