Fire hits residential area in Quezon City’s Old Capitol Site

A fire of still undetermined origin struck a residential area along Dahlia Street in the Old Capitol Site in Quezon City on Sunday afternoon.
GMA Super Radio dzBB reported that the fire that reached the third alarm broke out at 3:46 p.m.
Residents have brought their belongings outside, lining a stretch of a street reaching the footbridge at the Philippine Coconut Authority (Philcoa).
Further details regarding the incident were not immediately available.
Trucks have since been positioned along Commonwealth Avenue heading to the Elliptical Road, causing traffic flow to slow down.
