Rautahat fire injures 5 persons‚ destroys 4 houses

RAUTAHAT: At least five persons were injured and four houses were destroyed in a fire in Rautahat district headquarters Gaur on Wednesday.
A fire sparked from the house of Sekh Farmud at around 2pm today was expanded into other adjacent houses.
Police preliminarily estimated that properties worth Rs two million were gutted in the inferno.
The injured persons, including three children, are undergoing treatment at the District Hospital, Gaur.
They had sustained burn injuries while dousing fire.
The fire was contained by a fire brigade, Nepal Police personnel and locals within an hour.
