Fire breaks out at Andhra Pradesh’s power plant in Nellore

VIJAYAWADA: A fire broke out at Andhra Pradesh’s Damodaram Sanjeevaiah Thermal Power Plant in Nelatur of Nellore.
Three fire engines rushed to the spot and extinguished the fire.
No casualties have been reported so far.
The officials alerted police and firefighters after a large amount of smoke was seen coming out of the plant.
The exact reason for the fire was not known but it was suspected that the fire broke out due to the short circuit.
Police teams remained at the site to conduct further investigation.
