Fire breaks out in Diliman

MANILA, Philippines – Fire razed several houses in a residential area in Diliman, Quezon City Friday before noon.
Reports said the blaze started before noon and spread rapidly as houses in the area are made of light and combustible materials.
Firefighters ares still trying to put out the blaze, which has already reached 4th alarm, as of this posting – Dennis Carcamo
