Fire breakout at Sanpada highrise , no casualty, 15 people rescued

NAVI MUMBAI: A major fire broke out at an apartment on the 9th floor of Tharvani Heights building in sector 18, Sanpada. As many as 10 fire tenders rushed to the spot for fire fighting operation. A bronto skylift was summoned to reach the 9th floor for fire fighting.
A fire officer from Vashi fire station informed that the cause of fire is yet to be ascertained. The fire fighters rescued as many as 15 persons who were trapped on the apartments above the 9th floor.
