Ludhiana: A fire incident was reported at a plastic factory in Focal Point, phase 8 early on Saturday. Sheds of the factory collapsed due to extreme heat. No injury or casualty was reported as the incident took place at night. However, fire officials took almost two hours to douse the flames as it was dark. The fire call was received at around 1.50am on Saturday and fire tenders from Focal point, Tajpur Road and Sunder Nagar fire stations reached the spot. tnn
