Kom Tum shop fire injures eight people

KON TUM (VNS) — Eight people have been injured in a fire that broke out yesterday in an interior decoration shop in the Central Highlands province of Kon Tum’s Hoang Van Thu street.
One of the victims has been severely injured and has burns over 80 per cent of his body.
All of the victims are receiving medical treatment at the Kon Tum General Hospital.
Four fire engines were dispatched to extinguish the fire.
One of the injured persons, Dinh Tien Hoang, said he heard a loud explosion while he was cleaning chairs.
The case is being investigated.— VNS
