P1.5M worth of property destroyed in Ormoc fire

Some P1.5 million in property went up in smoke in a fire that hit a residential area in Ormoc City in Leyte Saturday night.
No one was initially reported injured in the fire that started at 8:30 p.m., according to a report on GMA News TV’s Balitanghali Weekend.
Firefighters put out the fire after two hours.
Arson investigators said their initial findings showed the fire may have stemmed from an electrical short circuit.
