Warehouse catches fire

CEBU, Philippines – A fire gutted one of the biggest enterprises in Badian, southern Cebu last night.
As of 7:36 in the evening, firemen were still trying to put out the fire that hit Aurora Enterprises, a warehouse of construction materials.
Senior Inspector Almirante Bacayo, Badian police chief, said they received a telephone call informing them of the fire incident at around 6:00 in the evening.
As of press time, investigators have yet to determine the cause of the fire.
“Ongoing pa ang kumbati sa atong kabomberohan dako pa ang kayo wala pa sad ta’y ma-interview nga tag-iya,” Bacayo said in a phone interview.
Fire stations from Ma-labuyoc, Alegria, Moalboal and Ronda rushed to Badian to help.
