Blaze burns down City rattan shop

A blaze burnt down a rattan and bamboo shop on Tran Quy Road in District 11’s Ward 6 yesterday.
A blaze burnt down a rattan and bamboo shop on Tran Quy Road in District 11’s Ward 6 yesterday.
The shop’s staff and neighbours could not control the blaze with personal fire extinguishers. Ten engines and tens of firemen were sent to the scene and stamped out the blaze completely after one hour.
The house’s steel frame collapsed and the whole shop was reduced to ashes including rattan, bamboo, private property and motorbikes. There were no fatalities.
Authorities continue to investigate the blaze’s cause
