At least one person was reported injured after a fire struck a residential area in Manila’s Tondo district Wednesday night.
The fire hit the residential area at the corner of Kagitingan and Moriones Streets, radio dzBB’s Luisito Santos reported.
It reached the second alarm, was placed under control at 9:25 p.m. and was put out at 9:26 p.m.
Investigators said a lighted candle left unattended at an altar may have caused the fire.
