Fire destroys parked car in Jyatha

KATHMANDU: A sudden fire erupted in a vehicle partially destroyed the four-wheeler in Jyatha of Kathmandu on Saturday.
According to DSP Ramesh Basnet of the Metropolitan Police Circle, Durbarmarg, the frontal part of the parked car (11-028) was destroyed in the fire that took place at around 11 am today.
The incident might have occurred due to electric short circuit, DSP Basnet informed.
Police said that they are looking into the case.
