Taishan forest fire put out with little damage

A fire broke out at Huanshan Road on Taishan Mountain at 6:50pm Beijing time on March 9, Xinhua News Agency reported. The fire spread into a fire line within 5 to 10 minutes due to the strong wind. The Taishan Mountain fire department took quick action and extinguished the fire in an hour and 20 minutes. The fire did minor damage to the forest.
