Fire hits houses, restaurant in Davao City

A fire of undetermined origin hit several houses and a restaurant in Davao City late Wednesday.
No one was initially reported injured in the fire at 23-C Salmonan Quezon Boulevard in Davao City, GMA Davao reported.
Firefighters had a hard time getting to the center of the fire, as shown in a video by GMA Davao’s Helen Quiñanola.
A separate report by RGMA Davao’s Rodel Natad indicated the fire was placed under control past 8 p.m.
Initial investigation showed the fire started at one of the houses in the area and spread to the restaurant.
