Fire engulfs property worth Rs. 1.2 mln in Bhojpur

BHOJPUR: A fire that broke out at a house in Bhaisipankha of Bhojpur-1 on Thursday destroyed property worth around Rs. 1.2 million.
According to the District Police Office, Bhojpur, various gold ornaments, Rs. 8,000 in cash and other valuable goods were reduced to ashes when the fire engulfed the house of Ichhya Kumar Rai yesterday night.
The blaze was later taken under control with the help of locals.
The cause behind the fire is yet to be established.
