Fire in Manimajra building

A fire broke out on the third floor of a commercial area of Manimajra on Monday morning.
Though no one was injured, wire and wooden items were destroyed. People spotted smoke billowing out of the office of a pharmaceutical company around 9.30am.
Three fire tenders were sent to the spot to douse the flames and it was controlled within 30 minutes. The reason could not be known but short circuit was suspected.
Panic gripped the area as the site happened to be in a congested zone.
Vehicles faced difficulties in entering the area.
