Three Men Suffer Burns In Johor Fire

JOHOR BAHARU, May 28 (Bernama) — A fire at a house here early today caused three men to suffer burns, according to the Tebrau Fire and Rescue Station.
Its chief, Mohd Shazarul Afidz Mohd Khairuddin, said C. Denaasa, 24, suffered 34 per cent burns; S. Vinoth, 30, thirty per cent burns to his legs and hands and Shanker, 33, fourteen per cent burns to his face and hands.
He said the 1 am fire destroyed the top floor of the double-storey house in Taman Majidee.
A friend of the trio, N. Thinishkumar, 24, was slightly injured, he added.
Mohd Shazarul said Denaasa and Thinishkumar were sent to the Sultan Ismail Hospital and Vinoth and Shanker, to the Sultanah Aminah Hospital.
