MAHOTTARI: A fire that broke out at a fancy store in Bardibas of Mahottari destroyed property worth around Rs. 500.000 on Saturday.
The New Fashion Collection Centre in Bardibas Municipality-1 caught fire reportedly due to a short circuit, the Area Police Office, Bardibas informed.
An inverter installed at the shop to supply power during load shedding is said to have instigated the short circuit, police said.
