Fire at television assembly plant in Bang Pu

Fire fighters at the blaze at RGB Digital Technology Co (Thailand) in Bang Pu sub-district, Samut Prakan province, on Tuesday.
A fire at a factory assembling televisions for export in Bang Pu area of Samut Prakan’s Muang district on Tuesday afternoon destroyed two buildings and caused damage estimated at 20 million baht.
Police said the fire started shortly after noon in a building at the six-rai RGB Digital Technology Co (Thailand) factory and quickly spread to the second building.
The factory assembles televisions from used components for export.
