Firefighters spray water onto the New Core Outlet in Seocho District, southern Seoul, after a fire broke out, Tuesday. The authorities suspect the blaze was caused by welding work on the third floor. Some 700 shoppers were evacuated, with some sustaining minor injuries. The outlet had reopened on Nov. 26 after four months of renovations.
