Two killed, three injured in fire

Two people were killed and three were injured in a fire that broke out early today morning in the northern Thai Nguyen Province.
At about 1.30am today, flames reportedly engulfed the house of Nguyen Cong Bang, 39, in Thinh Dan District’s Thai Nguyen City. Bang’s father Nguyen Van Tong, 73, and son Nguyen Tuan Hai, 17, were killed in the fire. Bang himself suffered serious burns and was rushed to Thai Nguyen A Hospital for treatment.
Two firefighters were also injured while fighting the blaze.
Police are investigating the cause of the fire.
