7 RBLF personnel injured in boat fire

SEVEN Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) personnel were injured when a military transport boat caught fire yesterday at 2.40pm at the Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) base.
The fire on the boat belonging to Combat Boat Squadron RBLF was believed to be caused by a mechanical fault, the Ministry of Defence said in a statement.
An investigation is being conducted by the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) and the Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF).
The injured personnel are currently in a stable condition at the Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha (RIPAS) Hospital.
