Fire destroys a house in Thanatpin

A FIRE destroyed a house on Kannar road in Min Ywar village, Thanatpin township, Bago region on 27 March. The accident reportedly occurred around 3:00pm. The fire broke out inside a home owned by one Soe Thu and his wife while they were out.
The reason for the fire has not yet been established. The blaze was brought under control by firemen with the help of neighbours. An investigation is underway to determine the cause of the blaze.
