Alert on Navotas candy factory fire raised to ‘Task Force Echo’

Firefighters are battling to control a fire that struck a candy factory late Sunday night in Navotas City’s San Rafael Village.
According to txtfire.net, a Task Force Echo alert had been raised on the fire at around 1:29 a.m., Monday.
Reports said the burning facility is owned by Columbia Candy Factory Co.
