A fire that broke out at noon today damaged three cars and several pieces of machinery at Tam Tiến Garage in Tân Bình District.

The fire started in the garage’s paint room and soon spread, according to initial reports.
The garage’s employees tried to put out the blaze with fire extinguishers, but it continued to spread.
At that time, there were four cars in the garage. One of them was removed to a safer location.
Six fire trucks along with dozens of policemen came to the scene to help. Thirty minutes later, the fire was extinguished.
Authorities are continuing their investigation.
