Overheated breaker causes outbreak of fire

A fire started from an overheated electric breaker on Kinmalin Kyun road, Pathein town on 14 June. The accident happened around 11:15am at the small cloth factory of U Arr Shin alias U Tin Maung Latt when his worker Maung Zaw, 36, switched on the breaker, which was overheated and caused electric short-circuiting. Then, the fire quickly got out of control and burned the cloth warehouse. The fire was brought under control around 11:55am by over 60 firemen with eleven fire engines. The police have taken action against Maung Zaw.
