Fire Destroys 80 Squatter Houses In Kudat

KOTA KINABALU, June 25 (Bernama) — About 80 squatter houses were razed to the ground at Kampung Tanjung Kapor, Kudat early today.
Sabah Fire and Rescue public relations officer Mohd Affendy K Ramin said the department dispatched 28 personnel in four fire trucks after receiving a distress call at 1.48am.
“The fire was put under control by 4.28am and extinguished by 7.08am,” he said in a statement…..
