Mini-truck gutted in fire

KATHMANDU: Property worth around Rs. 1 lakh was reduced to ashes when fire gutted a parked mini-truck at Chapali Chowk, Chapali Bhadrakali-4 on Saturday.
It is learnt that the fire originated due to short circuit of the battery.
Police said that windowpanes and seats were destroyed in the fire.
Police with the help of locals put out the fire.
