Fire guts property worth Rs 1.4 mln in Dallu

KATHMANDU: Property worth around Rs 1.4 million was reduced to ashes when a fire broke out at a scrap store and spread to an adjoining furniture store in Saraswoti Marga, of Dallu, KMC-15 on Saturday.
Police said that the fire first broke out at the scrap store owned by Bijay Sah and later spread to the furniture store owned by Satya Narayan Dangol.
