Lagankhel fire guts property worth Rs 22 lakh

KATHMANDU: Property worth around Rs 2.2 million was destroyed when a furniture workshop and a mill caught fire in Prayagpokhari, Lagankhel of Lalitpur Sub-Metropolitan City-12, Lalitpur on Thursday.
The property worth the amount was destroyed when the furniture workshop belonging to Raju Maharjan and the adjacent oil mill belonging to Rajendra Maharjan caught fire.
Police with the help of locals had doused the fire.
