Fire guts tailoring shop near RU

Fire gutted a tailoring shop in Station Bazar area near Rajshahi University yesterday.
Fire Service officials said the fire, which started around 2:30pm, might have originated due to electric short circuit. The shop was completely gutted before fire fighters reached the spot.
Sajedur Rahman, owner of the shop, said the damage caused by the fire was estimated at Tk 1.5.
