Baby Meets Fiery End, Parents Sustain Severe Burns In Fire

SANDAKAN, May 11 (Bernama) — A baby girl met a fiery end, while her parents sustained severe burns in a fire that broke out at a worker s quarters in Tangkarason Maridian Plantation in Beluran yesterday.
According to the statement from Sabah Fire and Rescue Department s operation centre, the 11-month-old baby girl was known as Ainur Binti Jiman and her parents were Jiman Alimudin, 25, and Aditri Rahman, 24.
He said the fire broke out at 8 pm yesterday, but the Kinabatangan Fire and Rescue Station was only alerted about the mishap at 8.45 am today…..
