Two vans caught fire on expressways in separate incidents on Wednesday and on Tuesday.
In both cases, the drivers and passengers managed to escape unscathed after passing motorists had sounded their horns and shouted at them to get out of their vehicles.
In the incident, which happened at about 12.30pm on Wednesday along the Pan-Island Expressway towards Changi, SCDF officers put out the blaze within 10 minutes.
