Fire guts property worth Rs. 3 m in Sundhara restaurant

KATHMANDU: A fire broke out at Kusume Rumal Dohari Sanjh in Sundhara reducing properties worth around Rs. three million(31,001$：1NPR=0.01033USD,03/25 rate) on Saturday morning.
According to Inspector Lila Nath Lamichhane, no human casualties were reported.
The incident occurred at around 6:30 am.
He said that the reason behind the blaze is yet to be ascertained.
According to police, Subash Magar, the owner of the restaurant said that food items, utensils and clothes among others were gutted in the fire.
The fire was later brought under control with the help of locals, police personnel and fire engines after an hour.
Further investigation into the incident is underway, police said
