Siraha fire guts property worth Rs 1.5 mln

SIRAHA: A fire that broke out in Belaha-5 of Siraha today morning gutted properties worth Rs 1.5 million.
The fire that erupted from the cattle shed of one Tapeshwor Ray at around 1 am, spread through the houses of Budhan Mahara, Sikindar Sah, Umesh Sah and Mahesh Sah. The fire is estimated to have inflicted the loss of properties worth Rs 1.5 million, said DSP Ramesh Tamang. However, no human casualties were reported.
The fire was taken under control at around 3 am with the help of locals, police and fire engines.
